The Convenience of the City with the Heart of a Community

Invest in one of the best suburbs in the world’s most liveable city. Canterbury Rise is one of the largest developments in Box Hill, characterised by generously sized apartments and spacious semi-detached, terrace townhouses that are a rare offering in the current market - a category that currently occupies only 17% of offerings in the area.

Life on the Rise.

Canterbury Rise represents a diverse mixture of housing arrangements to suit any lifestyle or preference. A combination of 42 townhouses, 21 apartments and one house, Canterbury Rise recognises that each family is unique and provides a home perfectly fitted to your needs.

The apartments within Canterbury Rise will appeal to a diverse range of buyers for both practical and economic reasons, but are particularly suited to first home buyers, professionals, young couples, retirees and investors. Not only does the location offer many practical solutions in terms of transport, amenities and other facilities that are synonymous with a cosmopolitan lifestyle, but Box Hill is an area that is being heavily invested in by both Government and private business.

Step into your comfort zone

The modern architectural form of the townhouses and apartments that make up Canterbury Rise is enriched by the contemporary interiors that are complimented by the well-landscaped periphery.

The vast array of properties on offer within Canterbury Rise - from two bedroom apartments to full-sized, four bedroom homes - means that they will suit a diverse range of lifestyles and preferences, and appeal to small to larger families who have occasional guest visitors.

The View From the Top

Box Hill was the point of departure for Australia’s first electric tram back in 1889, and since then it has maintained it’s status as a major hub for public transport. Box Hill railway station services the Belgrave and Lilydale lines, and will get you to Melbourne CBD in 20 minutes or less. If you prefer the open road, numerous bus services to surrounding suburbs and Melbourne CBD depart from the main bus depot located above the station. Canterbury Rise is also proximate to both Monash and Eastern Freeways, making your progress effortless.

A life in balance

Recreation and education are equally important for a balanced lifestyle, and Box Hill boasts many entertainment and exercise options. Aqualink pool complex is less than a 5-minute drive from your new home, hosting learn-to-swim lessons, group fitness classes, a gym, personal training, and even a tennis court for your recreational pleasure.

The feeling of home extends beyond the frontier of your doorstep

Box Hill is known for it’s multicultural diversity, and the area surrounding Box Hill Central is home to a vast selection of restaurants and cafés boasting a diversity of international cuisines. Carrington Road and it’s neighbouring streets form the base of Box Hill’s cultural hub, which evokes the brightness and bustle of Hong Kong.
